n  Open an account or give us your contact information

n  Make deposits or withdrawals from an account or apply for a loan

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

n  sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes-information about your creditworthiness

n  affiliates from using your information to market to you

n  sharing for non-affiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

n  T Bank NA shares information with Cain, Watters & Associates, LLC and/or Tectonic Advisors, LLC only if you currently maintain a relationship with them, otherwise we do not share with affiliates.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

n  T Bank NA does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

n   T Bank NA does not jointly market.

 

Other important information

Special Notice for State Residents

For California Customers. We will not share personal information with non-affiliates either for them to market to you or for join marketing - without your authorization. We will also limit our sharing for personal information about you with our affiliates to comply with all California privacy laws that apply to us.

 

For Vermont Customers. We will not share personal information with non-affiliates for them to market to you without your authorization and we will not share personal information with affiliates for joint marketing about your creditworthiness without your authorization.

 

For Nevada Customers. We will not share personal information with non-affiliates for them to market to you without your authorization and we will not share personal information with affiliates for joint marketing about your creditworthiness
